Brent Carpets do BAFTA’s Again for 2014!

Brent Carpets were once again thrilled to provide our luxurious red carpets for the 2014 BAFTA film awards for the third time in a row!

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA’s) are the leading charity within the UK supporting the art form of the moving image, either through the medium of film, television or video game.

The association recognises and awards the best creative work in the industry whilst also inviting the public to aspire and appreciate the art, something that Brent Carpets are well and truly honoured to be part of.

With over 40 years’ experience in supplying VIP carpets for very important, high publicity events, we have come to establish ourselves as leaders in the industry, fitting bespoke, elegant red carpets that people can trust and rely on.

So on Sunday 16th February, our team made their way down to the venue to begin the fitting of our VIP red carpets to the entire length of Bow Street outside the Royal Opera House.  We were kept extremely busy as we also carpeted the front of the auditorium as well as the arrivals at Grosvenor House Hotel where the party celebrations took place.

And the finishing product looked great! With crisped edges and an even, smooth colour, our carpets really lived up to their prestigious reputation, helping the event achieve the professional look and feel it deserved.

By 6pm the red carpet was alive and buzzing – even the rain couldn’t dampen the excitable mood that could be felt in the atmosphere and our red carpets injected a beautiful vibrant colour to the occasion, making those who walked on it feel special and important!

The night continued to go ahead with much enjoyment and celebration with awards going out to stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, Sandra Bullock and Tom Hanks for their contribution and excellence to the art of film.

So, we’d like to say a huge thank you to the BAFTA’s for inviting Brent Carpets to be a part of their special annual event once more, and it’s safe to say the night was well and truly enjoyed by all!
